Smart CRM: Bookings & Lead Management

The Smart CRM module transforms your creator business. Let clients book your services directly, manage your lead pipeline, and track conversions from DM to paying client — all from one dashboard.

1. List Your Services

Go to Smart CRM → Services tab → Add Service. Enter your service name (e.g., "Instagram Reel Package"), description, pricing, and duration. You can list multiple services with different price tiers.

💡 Pro Tip: List 3-5 services with clear pricing. Clients convert faster when they see exact prices upfront.

2. Enable Booking System

Go to Bookings tab → Set your available time slots, days, and timezone. Clients can see your availability and book directly. You get auto-confirmation notifications for every new booking.

💡 Pro Tip: Block out 2-3 "focused work" days and make the rest available. Scarcity drives urgency.

3. Import & Manage Leads

Go to Leads tab → Add leads manually or let Auto DM pipe them in automatically. Track each lead through stages: New → Contacted → Interested → Booked → Paid. Add notes and follow-up reminders.

💡 Pro Tip: Combine Auto DM + CRM: when someone DMs "Price", auto-reply AND add them as a lead. Follow up manually for high-ticket services.

4. Track Conversions

The CRM dashboard shows your funnel: total leads → booking rate → payment rate. See which services are most popular and which lead sources convert best.

💡 Pro Tip: Review your funnel weekly. If leads drop off at "Interested" stage, your follow-up needs work.
