Deal Tracking: Brand Collaborations CRM

Never lose track of a brand deal again. Log every collaboration — Instagram reels, stories, YouTube videos. Track payment status, deliverables, and follow up on overdue payments automatically.

1. Add a New Deal

Go to Dashboard → Add Deal. Enter: Brand name, deal amount (in ₹), content type (Instagram Reel, Story, YouTube, etc.), delivery date, and payment terms (advance, on delivery, net-30).

💡 Pro Tip: Add deals as soon as you get the brief. Don't wait for content delivery — track from negotiation stage.

2. Set Payment Terms

Specify payment structure: 100% advance, 50-50 split, on delivery, or custom terms. Set the expected payment date so the system can auto-flag overdue payments.

💡 Pro Tip: Always negotiate at least 30-50% advance. Protects you from no-shows and delayed payments.

3. Track Deliverables

Mark deliverables as completed: Content scripted ✓, Shot ✓, Edited ✓, Posted ✓, Brand Approved ✓. The brand can't claim you didn't deliver when you have a timestamped record.

💡 Pro Tip: Screenshot brand approval messages and attach them to the deal. Protects you in disputes.

4. Mark as Paid

When payment arrives, mark the deal as "Paid". Your analytics dashboard auto-updates revenue totals, platform breakdown, and monthly growth charts.
