⚠️ No Refund Policy

Once a transaction is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Overview

Creator Earnings Track ("we," "our," or "the Service") is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all payments made on our platform are final and non-refundable once the transaction has been confirmed.

Scope of This Policy

This no-refund policy applies to all paid services on our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly Pro Plan — ₹199/month
  • Yearly Pro Plan — ₹1,499/year
  • Smart CRM Add-on — ₹99/month
  • Any future paid feature, add-on, or upgrade offered on the platform

Why No Refunds?

As a digital service platform:

  • Access to all Pro features is granted immediately upon payment confirmation
  • The digital nature of the service means the product is "consumed" the moment access is granted
  • Server resources, API access, and infrastructure costs are incurred immediately
  • We offer a 3-Day Free Trial with full Pro access so you can evaluate the service before paying — no credit card required

Free Trial — Try Before You Buy

We encourage all users to take full advantage of our 3-Day Free Trial before subscribing to any paid plan. The trial includes complete Pro access with all features — Auto DM, Smart CRM, Invoice Studio, Analytics, and more. No credit card is required to start the trial. This allows you to evaluate the service thoroughly before making a payment commitment.

Cancellation Policy

While refunds are not available, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription → Cancel Plan
  • Your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • Your data will be retained and accessible on the Free plan (with Free plan feature limits)

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use the paid service. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid any charges.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, we may consider issuing a refund or credit at our sole discretion if:

  • A duplicate transaction was processed due to a technical error (charged twice for the same subscription)
  • An unauthorized transaction was made on your account (must be reported within 48 hours)

In such cases, contact us at akalloverservices@gmail.com with your transaction ID and details. These cases are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed a refund.

Payment Processor

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details. Payment disputes should be directed to us at akalloverservices@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to refunds or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
