We receive real-time webhooks from Meta containing the text of comments on your posts/reels and direct messages to trigger automated responses based on keywords you configure.
Media & Insights
We fetch your post media, engagement metrics, audience demographics, and follower data to display analytics in your Insights dashboard.
Automated Replies
When a comment or DM matches your configured keyword, our system automatically sends a reply via the Instagram Messaging API. No human reads your messages.
Per-User Isolation
Each user's Instagram data is isolated. Your access token, automations, and data are never shared with or accessible by other users of our platform.
